There's two different types of teeth whitening options. There are peroxide-based bleaching solutions. There's hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide, and they come in different percentages and treatment time. One of the options we offer here is kind of a one size fits all upper and lower tray. Let's say somebody's case is a little bit more involved. We might want to take some dental impressions and make a customized fit bleaching tray because everybody's different. Every tooth is different.
It can last for a long time. And a lot of the time, people come in, just get some touchup bleaching solution. And after, you know, a few more treatments they'll be fine. They'll be back to the shade that they want to be at. Most of my patients that I treat just weren't able to achieve the results that they wanted with the over-the-counter bleaching solutions or whitening toothpaste. They're glad that they finally pulled the trigger and came and had some, you know, professional whitening done.
