When we do dentistry, there are these emergencies. A sudden toothache or sudden break. These are unexpected occurrences that we completely understand, and understand to take care of that patient as quickly as we can. So we accommodate the patient in the fastest mode possible. Coming in just within an hour, and we can at least assess the situation and fix the problem. Most people are calling because they have unexpected pain or the unexpected cracked tooth, and they feel something to their tongue or the pain or even swelling.
But usually, the pain is the first thing that they experience. Sometimes you may break something and not really experience the break, and then suddenly have the pain. So we're on pretty much 24/7 call. Gladly come in on weekends. We can have them take a video of their mouth as well and send it by phone. So this is kind of a wonderful world to work in, and I've had at least a dozen patients over the last several years. We have two other doctors here. So, the three of us, we usually fit someone in to do the treatment that moment or, you know, refer them to another time.
